Monthly allowances refill on your billing date: the day your subscription started, or the day you created the workspace on Free. Annual plans refill every month, on that day.
What counts
Section titled “What counts”- Runs: every run that starts counts once, however it was started: the app, the API, the CLI, an agent, a schedule or a trigger, and an author’s test run of a draft too. A run Reminix refuses never counts, and one waiting for approval counts only when it’s approved and starts.
- Long-run minutes: the minutes a long run actually ran, rounded up, whatever its outcome. Short runs use none. See Long runs.
- Authors: anyone who uploaded or published a script version this billing month, counted once however often they publish. People who only run scripts, from the app, the API, the CLI or agents, aren’t authors.
See your usage in Settings → Billing, or with
GET /v1/workspace/usage.
When you reach a limit
Section titled “When you reach a limit”At 80% and 100% of a monthly allowance, your workspace’s owners get an
email and a notification, and the app shows a notice. At the limit,
Reminix refuses clearly, with 402 plan_limit_reached and the date the
limit resets:
- Runs: Reminix refuses a new run. One that’s already running finishes. Schedules and triggers skip that time, their card says why, and they start again when the allowance refills or after an upgrade.
- Authors: on Free, a 4th person can’t upload or publish this billing month. The three who already have can.
- Long runs: these need Team or Business. Each lasts at most the plan’s longest run (10 or 15 minutes), and its minutes count toward the month’s allowance.
- Approvals: every-run approval and second-person publishing are Business features. Once turned on, they stay on if the plan changes, so a downgrade never makes a script less safe.
- Environments: Free includes production only. On Team and Business, a workspace at its limit can’t add another environment. If the plan changes, the environments it has keep working.
