Account Terms

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted.
• You must provide a valid email address to complete the signup process.
• You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Spam or send unsolicited messages

Third-Party Connections and OAuth

Reminix allows you to connect third-party services (such as Google, Slack, Notion, and others) using OAuth credentials you provide.

• You are responsible for creating and managing your own OAuth applications with third-party providers.
• You grant Reminix permission to store and manage OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) on your behalf for the purpose of executing your agents.
• Reminix stores tokens encrypted at rest. However, you are responsible for the security of your OAuth app credentials (client ID and secret).
• You are responsible for complying with each third-party provider's terms of service and API usage policies.
• Reminix is not liable for any actions performed on third-party services using your authorized tokens, whether triggered manually or by your agents.

AI Agents and LLM Usage

Reminix enables you to build AI agents that use large language models (LLMs) such as those provided by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others.

• You provide your own API keys for LLM providers. Reminix does not supply or subsidize LLM access. You are responsible for costs incurred with your LLM provider.
• Data you send through AI agents (prompts, documents, conversation history) may be transmitted to third-party LLM providers in accordance with your configuration. This data is subject to the LLM provider's terms and privacy policy.
• Reminix does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated output. LLM responses may contain errors, hallucinations, or biased content.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before acting on it or sharing it with others.

Agent-Generated Actions

AI agents you build on Reminix may perform actions autonomously, including but not limited to: sending messages, creating tickets, updating databases, sending emails, and calling third-party APIs.

• You are solely responsible for the behavior and output of your agents, including any actions they take on third-party services.
• You should implement appropriate safeguards, including human approval steps, to prevent unintended actions — especially for agents that can modify data or communicate on your behalf.
• Reminix is not liable for any damages, data loss, or consequences resulting from actions performed by your agents.

Payment and Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually at the rates listed on our pricing page. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any pricing changes. Free plans remain free. You can cancel your account at any time.

Cancellation and Termination

• You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account.
• All of your content may be immediately deleted upon cancellation.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Reminix be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
