Information We Collect

• Content you create or upload to the Service, including documents uploaded to knowledge bases for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Third-party OAuth app credentials (client ID and secret) and the resulting access and refresh tokens stored on your behalf
• AI agent configurations, conversation histories, and memory data
• LLM provider API keys you configure for AI agent usage
• Communications with us (support requests, feedback)

• Usage data (features used, actions taken)
• Log data (IP address, browser type, access times)
• Device information (device type, operating system)

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics)

Third-Party Data Processing

LLM providers

When you use AI agents, data including prompts, conversation messages, and knowledge base content may be sent to third-party LLM providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) using API keys you configure. This data is transmitted directly to the provider and is subject to their privacy policy and data handling practices. Reminix does not control how LLM providers process or store this data.

Connected services

When your agents interact with third-party services (Google, Slack, Notion, etc.) using your OAuth tokens, data may be read from or written to those services. Reminix facilitates these connections but does not independently access or process data from your connected services outside of executing your configured agents.

Knowledge base and RAG data

Documents you upload for use with AI agents are stored, chunked, and embedded (converted to vector representations) to enable retrieval. This data is stored on our infrastructure. When an agent query triggers retrieval, relevant document chunks may be sent to your configured LLM provider as part of the prompt context.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us or deleting your account.

Upon account deletion: OAuth tokens and credentials are permanently deleted, knowledge base documents and their embeddings are permanently deleted, agent conversation histories and memory data are permanently deleted, and execution logs are deleted according to your plan's retention period.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. OAuth tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest. Knowledge base data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your personal information
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of marketing communications
